1. Shipment Processing Time

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You can track your order directly on our website using the 'Track Order' page [ensure you have this page on Shopify] or via the link provided in the email.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders - Optional)
Bluenotes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Bluenotes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We highly recommend taking a video while unboxing the package to serve as proof.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate and complete (including apartment numbers, landmarks, etc.).
